Laurel Design's "Package 2" is great if you need help from an experienced design professional but are confident about completing the work yourself or employing tradesmen to do it for you. 

In addition to site consultations, "Design Package 2" includes sourcing information for all fabrics, floor and wall coverings and Laurel Design will acquire samples and brochures as required to help us create your sample board.  We will detail key items of furniture lighting and accessories, sketches, floor plans and elevations are also included where appropriate.  Colour rendered 3D drawings can also provided at a small additional cost.

All items suggested within our design can be purchased through us on a cost, basis, thus allowing you to take advantage of Laurel Design's trade buying power.  We can usually secure at least a 10% saving on retail prices.  This valuable service ensures the right products and materials are ordered and delivered directly to you.

 

The main features included in our "Design Package 2" are as follows : -

Free Initial Consultation.

2  x 90 minute onsite design consultations with a designer from Laurel Design.

A further 30 minute design consultation for each subsequent room.

2 x mood / design boards produced for each room.

A power point CD presentation which may include visuals such as floor plans, elevations, layouts, along with written recommendations, summary notes detailing all recommended furniture & accessories.

Trade sourcing service : – Laurel Design will provide you with the details of accredited trades people in your area to complete the work.

A procurement of all approved furniture & accessories.  Laurel Design will order all furniture and accessories on your behalf and arrange delivery directly to you.

Telephone support for the duration of the project.  Laurel Design will only be too pleased to help with your project once underway and will speak directly to your tradesman if you need some clarification over a design issue.

Optional Extra's : -  

Work specifications for each trade involved in your project (by quotation).  These valuable documents detail exactly the proposed work, materials to be used and finish required and will help you when obtaining quotations from the various trades people. 

Project Management : - Laurel Design can appoint a project manager who will make themselves available for the duration of your project.  You can arrange for them to be onsite during the 'crucial' stages of the works (by quotation).
